We do ship to PO Box, PO Office & Parcel locker in Australia as well.

Each reborn doll is individually hand-painted, making every one a unique piece of art. Typically estimated delivery time from your order date can be 5-14 days.  Please allow for longer wait times during busy seasons—especially Christmas. To avoid delays, we recommend pre-ordering Christmas reborn dolls at least one month in advance.

Please Note: These are estimates only provided by regular postage. Please contact us for Express Post cost if need. After goods have been dispatched we will send you a notice with the tracking number, which will give you exact visibility of your parcel and a delivery window.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address, rejection of package, you didn’t receive your item from not being home or to arrange collection in time, we are unable to cancel or refund any item/items that have already been shipped and is en route to your location.
