We do ship to PO Box, PO Office & Parcel locker as well.

Each reborn doll is individually hand-painted, making every one a unique piece of art. Typically the wait time from your order date can be 2-3 weeks.

Reborn dolls customization time: Approx. 1 -2 weeks
Shipping time (Standard Post) - After goods have been dispatched approximate transit times are as follows:

QLD - 2 to 3 business days
VIC - 2 to 4 business days
NSW - 3 to 5 business days
ACT - 3 to 5 business days
SA - 3 to 5 business days
TAS - 3 to 6 business days
WA - 4 to 8 business days
NT - 5 to 10 business days

Please Note: These are estimates only provided by Australia Post for standard postage. Please contact us for Express Post cost if need. After goods have been dispatched we will send you an email with the Australia Post tracking number, which will give you exact visibility of your parcel and a delivery window.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping address, rejection of package, you didn’t receive your item from not being home or to arrange collection in time, we are unable to cancel or refund any item/items that have already been shipped and is en route to your location.
