• Handle with Care: Each reborn doll is made with soft, delicate silicone skin. Avoid pulling on the arms, legs, or armpits too forcefully to prevent damage and maintain the doll’s lifelike quality. When brushing the hair, be delicate, the hair is hand rooted and can come out if brushed too hard. You can apply a small amount of conditioner with water into a spray bottle and apply to the hair, this allow brushes to go through the hair with a lot more ease.
• Cleaning Your Reborn Doll: Gently wash the doll’s body with lukewarm water (below 80°C). Do not use harsh chemicals. Keep your reborn doll away from direct heat, sunlight, or sharp objects to preserve its realistic look and feel.
• Customer Support: If you experience any issues or have questions about caring for your reborn doll, our customer service team is always here to provide guidance and assistance.
• Caution: Do not handle or dangle the dolls by the limbs as this could cause breakages. The dolls are weighted with glass beading and therefore SHOULD NOT BE HANDLED by younger children under 8 years old. Do not place the vinyl in contact with dark materials as the dye may transfer onto the vinyl.
• Avoid Heat and Moisture
  
  Keep your reborn doll away from sunlight, radiators, hot cars, and fireplaces. Avoid high humidity and moisture, as it can damage the painted skin and the cloth body.
  

Please remember that these are delicate hand made items and therefore should be handled with care.

Yes. If a product is defective or does not meet requirements, our refund and returns policy last 15 business days after the delivery. If 15 business days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, customers must provide proof of the defect by emailing lifelikereborndolls@gmail.com with a description and supporting photos.

Customers must return products in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documents (including the invoice). Items should be returned in original packaging where applicable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with some photos proof.

Reborn dolls are mostly created for collectible art pieces. They are not toys and are recommended for collectors aged 8+. Older children over 8 years old should enjoy them under supervision.

Yes: These are generally silicone dolls or dolls that have been designed for this purpose.

No: For some reborn dolls with cloth body are not suitable for bath. And some reborn doll are made using air dry paint which will come off if it they get too wet.
